The above floor plan represents the general layout of the Northshore Harbor Center. For detailed information, follow the links below.
BUILDING SPECS:
Floor to beam the ceiling is 30 feet high.
Above the beam the ceiling arches, in the middle it’s 45 feet from floor to ceiling and on the sides it’s 35 feet from floor to ceiling.
The roll-up doors are 18 by 18 feet.
There are three loading docks and a ramp to drive in the building.
Ample rigging loads.
Floor boxes are situated and built-in every 30 feet with 100 amp three-phase receptacles, two 400 amp three-phase and two 200 amp three-phase disconnects. Each box contains water, high speed internet and telephone.
There are two buss bars expanding the length of the Grand Hall; one with 480 volts on one side and 220 volts on the other side.
Wireless internet is available throughout the building.
