In 1954, Oliver and Shirley Patton began a small catering business in the back of their grocery store. Their legacy continues today in the capable hands of their five children - Gail, Pat, Tommy, Timmy and Terry - who have made Patton's one of the top three independent caterers in the New Orleans area.
